We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email hello@pupvoyage.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
Need a different color or size? Contact us before returning the original item, and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available.
