1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center in NSW.

2. How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within Australia. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

3. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within Australia only.

4. What if my product is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at hello@pupvoyage.com.au with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be processed.

6. How do I start a return?
Email hello@pupvoyage.com.au with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and make perfect gifts for pet lovers.

8. Are your products suitable for cats too?
Yes, many of our travel accessories are designed for both dogs and cats.
